描述
PC-12(高分化)大鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤细胞(高分化)是来自能移植的雄性大鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤。PC-12(高分化)细胞表达神经生长因子(NGF)受体，NGF可诱导产生神经表型。PC-12(高分化)细胞不合成肾上腺素，生长培养基：RPMI-1640＋10%FBS＋1%P/S。
