This agent targets a process that is critical to pathological thrombus formation without interfering with normal haemostasis, which avoids the drawbacks of the existing anti-thrombotic therapy. This agent inhibits PI3Kβ/α/γ/δwith IC50 of 0.021, 1.4, 1.2, 0.08μM, respectively. It washed platelet aggregation with concentration at 6 nM. |
