Hybrisol® Solution contains 10% Dextran Sulfate, 1% SDS, 50% Formamide, 6X SSC, Sheared DNA, and Modified Denhardt's Solution.

Application Notes	Before using, preheat at 37°C to 45°C for 10 - 20 minutes to dissolve precipitants and mix thoroughly. Use 1 ml for every 15 cm2 membrane for prehybridization and hybridization. Prehybridize for 60 minutes at 42°C to 45°C. Hybridize overnight at 45°C to 52°C. Prehybridization and hybridization temperatures may have to be determined empirically.
