Bruker布鲁克纳米红外光谱nanoIR3,是一款基于原子力显微镜(AFM)的纳米表征工具。其采用光热诱导共振技术(PTIR,也称AFM-IR),使红外光谱的空间分辨率突破了光学衍射极限,提高至10纳米级别。为揭示纳米尺度下的表界面红外光谱信息提供了可能。该技术曾荣获2010年度美国R&D100大奖。
