SaccharomatV–世界独一无二的石英楔补偿制糖旋光仪-检糖计Saccharomat是一台全自动制糖行业旋光仪。具有石英楔补偿功能，且符合ICUMSA（制糖统一分析方法国际委员会）建议要求。

Saccharomat使用石英楔原理，将糖溶液样品对光旋的影响直接参比于石英楔（实现自动补偿）。与传统的圆周旋光仪不同，石英楔自动旋光仪不会因为波长的微小变化而非常敏感的导致测量结果漂移。这使得仪器非常精确且长期稳定，因此无需石英控制板进行定期检查和重新校准。

石英楔自动旋光仪Saccharomat一直采用国际标准糖度作为标准单位。在20.0℃下用蒸馏水稀释26.0g纯蔗糖至100.0cm3的标准糖溶液，其国际标准糖度读数为100.00°Z。如果用户使用13.0g蔗糖进行溶解，则读数必须加倍，这可以通过使用量程“°Z*2”自动进行。对于6.5g的蔗糖，可以使用“°Z*4”。

标准配置波长为587nm、也可选用NIR（882.6nm），或者587和882nm双波长。采用NIR近红外波长的旋光仪优点在于，经过简单过滤（例如使用自动过滤仪“AutoFilt”）样品，样品不必澄清即可进行测量，在NIR波长下，可以容易地测量高吸收性深色糖液样品。
