可调谐激光器
高效光参量振荡器（OPO），LP603是该系列典型产品。该产品用355nm光作为泵浦源，非线性转换效率高达35%，波长调谐范围为410~2500nm。线宽从0.1nm~1.8nm，因此，还可获得高的倍频效率，倍频光调谐范围是210~420nm。采用特殊的非线性晶体，最高可获得20μm波长输出。同时还可选配内置微型光谱仪用以监控波长，使用方便。
