一,kHz小型模拟PID控制器模块SIM960-100




SIM960模拟PID控制器是一种用于苛刻控制应用的独te仪器。它将模拟信号处理与数字控制相结合,让您两全其美。可以在没有离散时间或量化伪影的情况下实现高带宽(100kHz)控制环路。低噪声前端为噪声敏感应用带来了更好的性能,包括激光功率和波长稳定、低温学、扫描探针显微镜等。用户可设置的增益高达1000×意味着更大的灵活性,减少了输入预放大的需要。该装置可与SIM921交流电阻桥配合使用,提供灵活且经济高效的温度控制解决方案。内部斜坡发生器可以控制预定义启动和停止设定点之间的电压转换率。输出被限制在用户上限和下限内,以防止系统过载。条件积分电子器件提供积分电容器的抗饱和功能,从而更快地从饱和状态恢复。前面板控制可以轻松修改系统参数,方便监控输入和输出信号。电源和串行通信通过与SIM900大型机配套的15针D-sub连接器进行。所有仪器参数均可通过串行接口设置和查询。放大的误差信号(P×ε)和输出可通过LED条形显示器或毫伏分辨率数字显示器进行监控。设定点和测量输入信号也可以在数字显示器上监控。

筱晓光子的SOA激光控制器基于先进微处理器的控制系统,结合高精度的ATC和ACC(APC)控制电路实现了激光器高稳定地输出,同时保证了光源在操控上的快捷和直观。我们也可以根据用户的要求提供相应的通信接口及控制软件,实现计算机控制。本光源采用一键恢复功能(Run/Stop按钮),可以有效帮助客户回到先前工作状态。
