仪器简介
分析仪器中的发热部件在工作中所产生的热量如不及时散去，仪器便无法工作，必须采用冷却水对其发热部件进行冷却。过去对分析仪器的冷却常采用自来水长开的方式。正常情况下自来水耗量按10L/min计算，如果每天工作8小时，则年耗水量约为1440吨，极大地浪费了宝贵的水资源，制冷效果差；对于水质较硬的地区，“结垢”问题还会影响仪器的正常使用。因此目前常采用zei经济、zei实用的冷却水循环的仪器冷却方式。

MICHEM MC系列制冷水循环器自1995年投入市场以来，经过不断开发，由改进国内外落后产品到仿制国外先进产品，再到承担科技部国家十五攻关项目，自主创新，目前已经有启停和变频式两大系列，制冷量在7000W以下均可采用变频控制。MC系列制冷水循环器能产生恒温、恒流、恒压冷却水，适用于各种须用水冷却和恒温的仪器、设备。产品原理先进，技术日臻成熟，性能适用可靠，在市场上享有盛誉。

仪器特点

（1）冷却水温5-35℃范围内可根据要求调节，通过改变压缩机频率，自动调节制冷系统输入输出功率，从而实现温度控制，节能效果显著，同制冷量下比启停式节电30%以上。
（2）制冷系统关键部件如压缩机、循环风扇等采用进口名牌产品，温度平衡时压缩机低速运行，噪音zei低；采用进口循环泵，循环流量大，zei高压力达到7.0bar以上；压力可调。
（3）微处理芯片控制，控制精度高，性能稳定可靠，与PID温控技术结合，实现精密控温（±0.1℃）。
（4）压缩机启动时输入功率20秒内，逐渐由小变大“软启动”，从而避免了像定速式压缩机启动时的大电流冲击，延长以整机寿命。
（5）通过改变压缩机的频率来实现温度的控制，自动调节制冷系统的输入输出功率。
