General description

Suplex pKb-100 与 SUPELCOSIL LC-ABZ 色谱柱键合有相同的官能团。这些特殊去活化色谱柱的区别在于 Suplex pKb-100 未进行封尾，而 SUPELCOSIL LC-ABZ 进行了封尾。Suplex pKb-100 未封尾，用于强碱性化合物分离时有着更好的效果，而 LC-ABZ 则在样品中含有酸和/或两性离子时表现更佳。

Application

SUPELCOSIL^{^™} Suplex^{^™} pKb-100 HPLC Column was used in HPLC purification of prepurified fly ovaries. It was also used for HPLC analysis, done for the determination of retinoid.
