用途：用于沙门氏菌选择性增菌培养。

成分(g/L)：

Pancreatic Digest of Casein/胰酶解酪蛋白 5.0Lactose/乳糖 4.0Sodium phosphate/磷酸氢二钠 10.0Sodium acid selenite/亚硒酸氢钠 4.0L-  Cystine/L-胱氨酸  0.01pH值7.0 ± 0.2 25℃

检验原理：
胰酶解酪蛋白提供碳源和氮源满足细菌生长的需求；乳糖是可发酵的糖类；亚硒酸氢钠抑制革兰氏阳性菌和非沙门氏菌的大多数革兰氏阴性肠道菌；磷酸盐是缓冲剂；L-胱氨酸为还原剂。

用法：

Suspend 23.0g / liter, and pour  portions into sterile  tubes. Do not autoclaves.Do not  store  more than 1 day. 
称取本品23g,稍微加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中,分装试管或三角瓶 ,当天制备当天用,无需高压灭菌。
