Features of Paper Filter Spin Cups:

• Resistant: paper filters are resistant to clogging from cellular debris

• Resin volume: 20 to 300µL
• Filter type: paper filter, ~10µm pore size
• Cap: collection tube cap fits onto inserted spin cup

Simply add the affinity resin and sample to one of the spin cups, then use a microcentrifuge to efficiently wash away contaminants and elute your purified sample without losing any resin in the process. Spin cups allow you to affinity purify more protein in less time.
