General description

The recombinant rat IL-12 produced from Sf9 insect cells is a glycosylated disulfide linked hetromeric polypeptide containing 503 amino acids and having a molecular weight of 70 kDa comprised of disulfide-bonded 35 kDa and 40 kDa subunits

Reconstitution

Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL (Note: Gently pipetting to dissolve). The solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffers.
