General description
Recombinant rat IL-17 produced from E. coli is a homodimeric, non-glycosylated polypeptide containing 268 amino acids and has a molecular weight of 30 kDa.
Reconstitution
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 μg/μL (Note: Gently pipetting to dissolve). The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers.
