General description

IL-5, also known as eosinophil differentiation factor. It regulates eosinophil growth and activation. The recombinant IL-5 is a dimeric, non-glycosylated polypeptide with 113 amino acids.

Reconstitution

Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL. The solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffers.
