  Measured by its ability to neutralize Recombinant Human Kallikrein 3/PSA (10 µg/mL, Catalog # ) cleavage of the fluorogenic peptide substrate Suc-RPY-pNA (1 mM). The Neutralization Dose (ND    ₅₀) is typically 21 µg/mL.

Preparation and Storage

• Reconstitution

  Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

  The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below. *Small pack size (SP) is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store it immediately at -20 to -70 °C

  Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Kallikrein 3 is a member of the Kallikrein family of serine proteases. It is also known as PSA (prostate-specific antigen) and is used in prostate cancer diagnosis.
