Preparation and Storage

• Reconstitution

  Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

• Shipping

  The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below. *Small pack size (SP) is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store it immediately at -20 to -70 °C

  Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Background: TFPI-2

TFPI-2 (tissue factor pathway inhibitor 2) is a secreted protein that inhibits several serine proteases. The amino acid sequence of mouse TFPI-2 is 86%, 58% and 54% identical to that of rat, human/chimpanzee and canine.
